The A. M. Qattan Foundation (AMQF) has announced that the inaugural opening of its new building (Cultural Centre) would take place on 28 June 2018. The AMQF will soon release a detailed programme of the inaugural opening events, which will feature a wide variety of art, culture and educational activities.
In a similar vein, work is underway on the internal and external finishing of the AMQF new building in the Al-Tira neighbourhood, Ramallah. All office room dividers are now in place. Work is also in progress to finish plaster work in various parts of the building.
Stone flooring has been completed. Preparations are going on to finish floors of the interior theatre. Installation of gallery walls has also been done.
