In partnership with the Prince Claus Fund and based on recommendations of an independent jury, the fourth edition of the Selat: Links through the Arts Project approved 10 new grants, totalling US$ 121,000, in support of focused production and training to implement cultural projects (in theatre, music, literature, etc.). Grants target the promotion of cultural life in Palestinian communities, particularly refugee camps, in Lebanon. In addition to consolidating relations with the rest of the Lebanese society, the grants are aimed to providing capacity building to Palestinian young people in arts and culture.
