With the support of the Qattan Performance Arts Grant, Al-Madina Theatre/ The Zidan Salameh Foundation produced the mime play ‘Men in the Sun’, directed by Said Zidan. The play’s opening took place in the city of Shafa-‘Amr on 24 January and was preceded by a pilot performance on the 10th of the same month. Both shows were well received by the public and a tour is planned across a number of Palestinian cities.
