The Nilin Teacher Centre organised a celebration to commemorate Land Day on 3 April. The evening began with an entry by Palestinian actor and director Mohammed Bakri, followed by a musical performance by Sheikh Emam Lovers Band. The event also hosted ‘Masafer’ photography exhibition by Eduardo Soteras Jalil, and the exhibition ‘Wood Art’, which contained chairs, tables and artefacts produced by students during a wood art workshop previously organised by the Centre.
