As part of the strategic planning process, which commenced in November 2013, the Foundation held a planning workshop between 28-30 January 2014 with the participation of staff members in Ramallah and Gaza, Omar Al-Qattan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Nadia Hijab, Board member.
During the workshop, which was facilitated by Dr. Samir Baidoon, participants discussed the results of the consultation on the internal and external environment, developed the main strategic direction and set objectives for the development of the new five-year strategic plan.
