In collaboration with the Ministry of Education and with funding from UNICEF, the Centre’s Cultural Activities and Programmes Unit organised a celebration of the International Handwashing Day, aimed at improving cleanliness awareness and practices. Approximately 1,200 boys and girls from 60 public schools participated in the event, which included , drawing, colouring, drama, theatre, story and "clean hands and healthy food" corners.
