Ida de Kat, Coordinator for Culture, Sport and Development at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited the Foundation on 15 January, accompanied by Joumana Abu Zayyad-Jaouni, Policy Officer at the Netherlands Representative Office (NRO).
They were received by the Foundation’s Executive Director, Ziad Khalaf, and by Mahmoud Abu Hashhash, Director of Culture and the Arts. The visit was organised to introduce de Kat to the Production Support Project for fiction film production, which was launched with joint funding between the Foundation and the NRO in 2009, and to explore ways of further developing the relationship between the two organisations.
