The A. M. Qattan Foundation has chosen Projacs International (PI) to manage the building of a new cultural centre in Al-Tireh, Ramallah. The company will bring to life the architectural plans of Spanish firm Donaire Arquitectos, who won the International Architectural Design Competition run by the Foundation in October 2012. PI will also manage the construction process, which is expected to begin later this year
