The Programme announced the shortlisted films nominated to win production grants in the second round of its Production Support project. The list includes the films “Ismail” by Nora and Hatem al-Sharif (Amman), "Upside Down" by Nicola Damouni, (Beirut / Paris), Hani Zo'rob (Rafah / Paris), "Boom "by Khalil Al Mzayen, (Gaza), " Scarecrow " by Salim Abu Jabal (Majdal Shams / Ramallah) and " An Attempt to Love " by Riyad Dais (Jerusalem).
