The Foundation’s executive director, Ziad Khalaf, visited Lebanon from 26 May to 1 June to meet with representatives of institutions and actors operating in the culture and arts sector in Lebanon, during which time he visited several Palestinian refugee camps. The visit was part of the Foundation’s new initiative to study the state of culture and the arts in the Lebanese camps, with a view to identifying possible ways in which the Foundation may intervene to support the development of this important sector.
