On 1 December, the Foundation hosted a delegation from the municipality of Toulouse, France, led by Vincentella de Comarmond, Deputy Mayor for Cultural Affairs. The delegation was on a visit to Palestine organised by the Municipality of Ramallah in order to explore cooperation prospects with Palestinian organisations working in the field of culture and the arts. Mahmoud Abu Hashhash, director of the culture and arts programme, and Nida Tawil, director of communications and resource development, presented the Foundation's programmes and projects in the fields of education and the arts.
