On January 16, the Centre organised 4 training sessions as part of the “Drama as a Context for learning – Jerusalem Schools” Project with the participation of 15 male and female teachers. Participants received high quality training in drama in education, in the building of story structure and in playing. The training sessions were conducted by Wasim Kurdi, the Centre’s Director, and Malek Al-Rimawi, Director of the Languages and Social Sciences Track at the Centre. Co-funded by Save the Children – UK, the project is part of the Arts and Education  track, which is a teacher professional development programme based on utilising drama in education to provide a meaningful and integrated learning context.
