The Centre’s children celebrated World Book Day on 23 April by taking part in a number of reading activities organised at the Centre. Activities included storytelling, cultural trivia questions and theatrical reading. Children also engaged in the “culture wheel” activity, which included open cultural competitions requiring participants to make searches in the library’s books. A variety of prizes were given to the crowd of children visiting the library seeking information or looking for stories or books.
