Workshop on the Seed Library Project

The Walid and Helen Kattan Science Education Project organised a workshop on 30 May in Bethlehem to develop the Seed Library Project. The workshop hosted a number of teachers from Bethlehem and Jerusalem and was led by a team of experts in botany. The workshop mainly focused on the subject of conventional indigenous seeds, as opposed to genetically modified seeds, and the widespread debate on the risks the latter represent to human health.
