The Gaza Music School (GMS) organised a workshop on the repair and maintenance of string instruments, especially violins and guitars, in cooperation with the Music Fund Foundation. The workshop was led by Baptiste Argouarc'h and Merlin Furnelle and comprised 11 participants, including instructors at GMS. On 7 April, the School hosted a musical concert in honor of Children’s Day in partnership with the Cultural and Artistic Cooperative from the Shati’ camp. Enrollment for the new 2011–2012 school year at GMS opened is now open.
