On 24 December 2013, and in cooperation with the Qibya Secondary Boys School and the Qibya Secondary Girls School, the Centre organised an event of voluntary activities to commemorate the Qibya massacre as part of the “Qibya Lives” project, which is being held for the second year in a row.

The event included planting trees in the cemetery in memory of those fallen. Each tree bears the name of someone who died during the massacre. Students also participated in a campaign to tidy the village and paint the sidewalks. Students also attended a workshop in wood art.
