In response to an official invitation from the Sharjah Theatres Group, Wasim Kurdi, Director of the Qattan Centre for Educational Research and Development (QCERD), visited the Group from 3 to 8 December. The visit was aimed at introducing the Foundation and publicising QCERD’s “Drama in Education” programme. Kurdi met with Mohammad Bin Jarsh, Group Director, and Huda Mohammad, Educational Theatre Director. During the visit, a short introductory workshop on drama in education was conducted in the city of Kilba’ targeting drama school teachers and theatre artists.
