The Foundation held its semi-annual meeting for the year 2013 on 15-16 November. It was attended by Abdel Mohsin Al-Qattan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Leila Al-Qattan, Leenah Al-Qattan and Nadia Hijab, board members; and Omar Al-Qattan, Secretary of the Board, as well as the Management Committee, senior staff members and the strategic planning consultant. The meeting was held at the Mosaic Rooms in London.
Work progress on programmes over the past six months was presented and discussed, and several key decisions with regard to governance of the Board of Trustees were taken. In addition, the first session of the strategic planning process to develop the Foundation’s new five-year strategic plan was held.
