Under the Audiovisual Unit’s “Screenings and Film Activities” programme, and in cooperation with the Popular Art Centre, "Lacombe Lucien," directed by Louis Malle, was screened and discussed on September 28 in the presence of director George Khleifi. On October 26, "A Letter from an Unknown Woman" directed by Max Ovels, was screened and discussed in the presence of critic Wasim Al-Kurdi. The two films were screened at Al-Hadaf Centre in Bil'in, the Enlightening Forum in Nablus, Dar Qandil in Tulkarem and the Ya’bad Teachers’ Forum in Jenin. Additionally, the documentary film "Created and Trapped", directed by Ola Tabari, was screened in collaboration with the Al-Midan Theatre and "Falasteenima" in Haifa on October 11, followed by a discussion with the director via Skype.
