Issue 28 of Ru'a Tarbawiyya (Educational Outlooks) has just come out. It includes a number of teachers' experiments, translations of new texts on drama in education and several interventions and proposed activities for children who have experienced trauma as a result of violence or war. Also published in February were the winning texts of the 2006 and 2007 Young Writers' Award. AkramMusallam's novel, Biography of a Sweating Scorpion, and short story collections Hajran on a Black Board and Letter to the God , respectively by Asma' Ghoul and Sana Shaalan, all by Dar Al-Adab in Beirut.
