The Culture and Arts Programme (CAP) supported the show "Sounds and Melodies" performed by musician Simon Shaheen and the Quartet Music Ensemble. The show was organised by the Popular Art Centre and took place in Ramallah Cultural Palace on 25 November. The programme also contributed support to a conference on "Palestinian Literature after Oslo”, organised by the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the University of Hebron on 8 and 9 December.
