On 23 March, the Child Centre – Gaza (CCG) organised a scientific activity to observe the moon and Jupiter in cooperation with the Youth Committee of the UNESCO Chair for Astronomy and Space Sciences.
The event aimed to support children’s and young people’s readiness to learn science in an integrated context with the education process. In addition to fulfilling curiosity of exploration, research and knowledge, the event was meant to raise community awareness and stress the importance of contemplating the beauty of the universe.
