The Programme contributed to supporting several festivals that were organised in various Palestinian cities hosting local and international artists and bands. Supported festivals included the 14th Palestine International Festival that was organised by the Popular Art Centre; the Jerusalem Festival 2012 organised by Yabous Cultural Centre in Jerusalem; Wadi Ash-Shaer Festival 2012 organised by Wassel Centre for Youth Development in Anabta in the Tulkarem Governorate; and the 1st Palestinian Youth Festival organised by the Association of Democratic Youth for Development in the town of Arrabeh in the Jenin Governorate.
