On 26 June the Literature Clubhouse, run by the Qattan Centre for the Child, launched workshops for Blogging Using Word Press, with the participation of 13 children between the ages of 12 – 15 years old, who are members of the club. The workshops are a testament to the Centre’s belief that blogging creates an opportunity for children to develop their creativity, by allowing them to share their output, including poetry and short stories, with the wider world, as well as connecting them with other bloggers and social networks such as Dig, Delicious, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
