On Monday, 14 August 2017, the A. M. Qattan Foundation (AMQF) inaugurated El Che, Endless Reader, a photo exhibition, in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts at the Arab American University, Jenin. Opened until 24 August 2017, the exhibition was organised in the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences building on the university campus.
The exhibition featured a collection of rare photos, showing the world leader Guevara engrossed in reading books, documents, newspapers, etc. Photos presented Guevara in his childhood as well as during his revolutionary activity and travels around many cities and countries.
The photo exhibition featured a collection of books, which were of particular interest to Guevara. These played a critical role in shaping Guevara’s vision of various issues.
The exhibition was held in several venues in partnership with the Representative Office of Argentina to the State of Palestine. It was curated in Ramallah, Birzeit University and Haifa.
