On 2 July, the Consul General of Sweden in Jerusalem, Axel Wernhoff, visited the Foundation’s headquarters in Ramallah, accompanied by Radoslav Zivkovic, Consul on Political Affair, and Fadya Salfiti, Programme Officer at the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida). The visiting delegation was received by the Foundation's executive director, Ziad Khalaf, who briefed the visitors on the Foundation’s objectives and programmes. The two parties discussed new channels of cooperation in the fields of culture and arts. It was agreed to organise jointly a Swedish cultural week, to be implemented at the Qattan .Centre for the Child in Gaza towards the end of 2012
