The Qattan Centre for the Child launched a new phase of the Child-Friendly Area project. This project aims to encourage reading and raise the level of arts appreciation among children who were subjected to extreme psychological distress during the recent war on Gaza.
The activities within the project are designed to alleviate the effects of the trauma suffered by children in Almoghraqa in central Gaza Strip, al-Zaytoun neighbourhood in the east, and Beit Lahia in the north.
