On 20 July, the Programme supported an evening concert in Beirut entitled "My Wish" by Palestinian artist Nai Barghouti. The concert was organised by the Arab Society for Music at Pierre Abou Khater Theatre, Saint Joseph University, Beirut. Barghouti, accompanied by renowned Lebanese musician and artist Charbel Rouhana, presented several Palestinian folk songs and classical Arabic songs.
The programme also supported the Second Artistic Residency Programme for Palestinians from refugee camps in Lebanon, which was entitled "Techniques in Puppet Theatre". The programme was organised by the Arab Puppet Theatre Foundation and ran from 2-18 July in Al Madina Theatre, Beirut. It included intensive training for participants on puppet theatre and its techniques under the supervision of a group of Arab and international specialists.
