A series of field visits were completed by local and foreign architectural firms to the Al-Tireh suburb of Ramallah, the site for the Foundation’s planned new cultural centre and office building. Competing architects were required to make the visit, which included a presentation about the Foundation at its existing premises, as part of the process of entering the competition. It is envisaged that the successful design will reflect the Foundation’s distinguished record over 15 years in the culture and education fields and its commitment to enhancing the built environment, whilst meeting its growing administrative needs into the future.
